Dating flexibility is important. If you need to apply for annual leave months in advance, try to lock in your schedule as early as possible.
You can also extend your annual leave even further by strategically booking around public holidays. For example, if you’re in the United States, you can take four days of PTO on Presidents’ Day, February 18-21, 2025, giving you nine days of vacation. Pretty neat, right?
