Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica’s Peninsula Papagayo Announces Resort 2025 Visiting Health Practitioner Residency Program. The program, now in its second year, aims to offer a series of therapeutic and self-discovery experiences within the resort’s Wellness Shala. Arnaud Dieutegard, the resort’s senior director of spa, revealed that the program will bring together experts from four continents to offer a variety of wellness disciplines, from sound therapy and yoga therapy to breathing and energy exercises.

Each specialist will provide a month-long internship as an on-site wellness specialist at the resort. The program will launch in January and will be led by Koya Webb, a fusion of yoga and energy work combined with mindfulness and plant-based nutrition. April will see Rashia Bell’s Crystal Healing Ritual, using chakra energy yoga and lunar rituals to align mind, body and spirit.

Resort General Manager Ian-Robert Ciappara said the initiative reflects the resort’s commitment to providing enriching life experiences. It is designed to inspire guests’ personal growth and harmony through the expertise and vision of wellness practitioners.

The 2025 plan will showcase the intersection of ancient traditions and modern models, embodying the resort’s commitment to holistic well-being. It will include sound journey therapy with Daniel Byrne, mantra singing and acroyoga with Alejandra Ulate, as well as many more diverse practices. Each hospitalization promotes physical vitality, emotional clarity, and spiritual growth.

The full list of 2025 Wellness Practitioners includes Koya Webb (yoga and energy work), Kristyna Paulus (yoga therapy and sculpture), Daniel Byrne (sound journeys and breathwork), Rashia Bell (yoga, energy and crystal healing), Sarah Garden ( Yoga Therapy), Alejandra Ulate (Yoga Fitness and Kirtan), Marianna Jacobs (Yoga and Energy Healing), Dr. Luz (Acupuncture and Energy Healing), April May Gardner (yoga) and Rebel & Muse (soundscapes and yoga).

The initiative aims to provide guests with a unique and personalized wellness journey against the backdrop of Costa Rica’s lush, pristine coastline. The program features a variety of disciplines and practices throughout the year in hopes of meeting the changing health needs of our guests.
