After several months of testing, I can confidently say that the Vasque St. Elias hiking boots live up to their reputation as a solid, reliable choice for serious hikers.

Vasque sent me two pairs to try, one for me (men) and one for a friend (women). I bought a pair before and loved it. Basque Breeze Very good. The Breezes are by far my favorite hiking boot. I have put nearly 600 miles in them, which is incredible. So I am a big believer in the high quality construction and long term durability of the Vasque.
