The foreseeable future of medical and health

The foreseeable future of medical and health

Just a glimpse into what healthcare travel looks like in 2030

Author Dr. Ron Kapp

Close your eyes and imagine your medical future: You go to a healthy resort/retreat to rest and recover. Your blood, urine, genetic characteristics, and even your latest biological age analysis are done.

The staff eagerly awaits your arrival. You have been there twice a year for medical adjustments over the past 10 years. They know you, and you know yourself. (Even better than your mechanic knows your car.)

You first meet with your personal trainer – look back on the past six months. You participated in the latest “Science of Life Progress”. You then spend an hour or two with a personal trainer to view and update your personalized workout routine. You have a break with the resident chef as your family participates in his latest, healthiest nutrition masterpiece.

After a leisurely meal, you will meet with individual psychologists to practice new meditations, discuss awareness and review your “now life.”

The next day, after an early morning exercise, you will participate in a healthy, nutritious breakfast. You even learned lessons about how to prepare such a beautiful first meal of the day.

You will meet with the doctor soon after. This is not your average doctor, but a doctor who receives functional and comprehensive medical training. In other words, a preventive medicine expert who has been at the forefront of the latest and best scientific discoveries. As two teams, you can take a closer look at medical data and laboratory testing.

Your resort doctor knows you very well and he/she has the time…answer your questions, concerns and just a lot to be needed as your medical guide. When you talk, this doctor is not typing on the computer, but just listening, thinking and practicing secondary education. The physician has reviewed reports from your coach, trainer, psychologist and even chef.

That afternoon, you will meet the “Energy Healer”. A well-trained herbalist and acupuncturist specializing in nutritional supplements, new era meditation and quantum therapy practices. The latest science of adjuvant therapy is within your reach.

To end the afternoon, you will encounter “individual healer”. Remote and ancient rehabilitation practice experts – You can fully evaluate your condition and how to do what to get better.

That evening, your Western trained doctor and your Eastern trained therapist gave a speech on the latest discoveries of health and longevity. The week’s presentation was tailored to group participants and documented so you can visit and review after you get home.

But who really wants to go home? You need more time to rest, rejuvenate and experience practice for you and your physiology. Apart from that, the wellness resort/retreat has not yet explored hiking trails, tempting yet unsettled outdoor thermal springs, and a swimming pool that greets you to experience the silence of meditation. Additionally, nighttime environments are conducive to deep, quiet and rejuvenating sleep.

Your multi-day wellness resort has been recorded for future review (if needed) and provides assistance to keep you healthy, optimal health and enhanced lifespan. You will then receive personalized reports documenting your own unique genome, epigenome, microbiome, proteome and even metabolomic group. You can now follow everyone so that not only can you track your current health level as you age, but you have improved since you started your health journey

This preventive medicine and health care model is not in today’s large hospital systems, nor does it happen in small private clinics that currently provide most health care. No, this can only happen in ecological environment rehabilitation, natural rich places and at most and empathetic teams 100% aligned with prevention, health and longevity as their primary goals. Where you are still number one, no longer a 15-minute access assembly line, it’s an unlimited opportunity to learn, focus and practice science in order to hone your health skills with the attention of those you care about.

Now, this is what I personally foresee healthcare travel. This is the paradigm of “responsible health” that we need to work for.
