what’s new?

  • Properties are now OK Set “Future Payment” as the default payment option Suitable for qualified software packages.
  • Suitable for packaging provided “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” choose.
  • By default, Pay Now will retain the system default Unless changed.

2) Swiftbook – Flexible Fees

  • Introduce flexible fee configuration Properties used to pass the subscription engine module.
  • There are now two types of fees:
    • Based on percentage – Calculate the fee as a percentage of the total booking amount.
    • Fixed quantity – Regardless of the value of the booking, a fixed fee is charged.
  • Where to configure:
    • Navigate to Booking Engine > Settings > Fees Set up your preferred fee structure.
  • How it works:
    • The cost is based on Total number of roomsincluding rooms, accessories, room fees and taxes.
    • The booking fee is Show only at cart level During the subscription flow.

3) Swiftbook – Abandoned Shopping Cart Repositioning

SwiftBook now supports Abandoned shopping cart repositioning Helps you recover lost bookings and increase user experience. Here is something new:

  • Welcome back to experience
    • Bookers who return after giving up their reservation will see “Welcome back” Message invites them to recover where they left – if accepted cookies.
  • Continue smoothly
    • All previously entered data (room selection, date, visitor details, add-ons) are retained and automatically filled for a smooth continuation.
  • 30-day cookie window
    • The session data is saved most 30 days. The returned subscriber during this period will trigger the repositioning process.
  • Cookie consent is required
    • Accept cookies: Enable session saving and personalized messages
    • Reject/Close: No saved data, normal subscription flow
    • Consent Duration:lasting 400 days Once accepted
  • Personalization
    • If Booker enters their name, the welcome reply message is personalized.
  • Booking scenario processing
    • Booking is still available: Booker recovered from where they left

1) Features: Horizontal calendar in accommodation pages and calendar widgets

what’s new?

We introduce two exciting enhancements to improve booking visibility and user experience:

a) Horizontal calendar on room details page

Guests can now view availability more intuitively by selecting a widget directly on the Horizontal Date on the Accommodation (room) page.

b) Dynamic widgets on the homepage

The home page now displays the default calendar widgets configured in the widget builder, providing more flexibility and personalization. This replaces the previously fixed widget settings.
