1) Maximum – Two-factor Authentication (2FA) via WhatsApp
what’s new?
WhatsApp number verification
We introduce a simple process to add and validate WhatsApp numbers for user roles across user roles:

- The main logged-in user can now add/update their WhatsApp numbers through Settings > Properties Profile > About us.

- Sub users can do this by setting > Permissions > User Permissions as long as they have access to this module.
- A WhatsApp-based verification process is now in real time: Once the number is saved, the user will receive a WhatsApp message with a verification request. The pending icon indicates an unverified status and the user can click to click when needed to resend the message.
- Verification is done by clicking “Approve” in the WhatsApp message.
- Each user account can only link one number.
- If WhatsApp and Email are enabled, use the same code to send OTP to both.

1) Maximum V2 – Payment Connection
what’s new?
- New “Payment Connection” The page presented to showcase all payment gateway partners.
- Highlights Preferred partner And promote Self-connection Function.
- The way the payment gateway is currently configured has not been changed.
- Redirect existing access to new “Payment Connection” Page.
How to access the Payment Connection
- visit “Payment Connection” Page.
- The gateways are displayed in the following order:
- Connected Partners
- Preferred partner
- All other partners
- Click ‘connect’ →The pop-up step appears.
- Click “Continue to connect” →Redirect to the PG settings page.
Additional instructions
- The existing gateway configuration steps have not been changed.
- Kovena and stripe Keep your self-boarding with the Payment Connection.
- Unmanaged portal (PX Post) Rename to [Gateway Name] Direct (For example, Windcave Direct).
- Hosted Gateway (PX paid) Renames without PX salary (e.g., Windcave).
- Email alert sent to Partner Service Team When PG is enabled/disable PG.

- Commercial Bank MPG
- Paygate

- “Last Payment” and Credit Card Type Settings (for Hotel Collection) will move to Yes Settings At property level.
2) Max V2 – Swiftbook – Custom Widget Builder
what’s new?
- Custom widget builder is now accessible via Max Extranet (formerly via remote URLs).
- Improved use and security.
- Always have default widgets that can be edited.
- Create multiple widgets for different requirements.
Where to visit?
- Path: Max V2>Subscribe Engine>Menu>Settings>Yes Theme>Widgets
Key Notes:
- IFRAME Support: If the subscription engine is not loaded, enable IFRAME through the widget’s editing feature.
- Domain whitelist: Unsettled domains are not blocked, but reservations are open in a new tab. Whitelisted via “About Us” profile.
- Custom Widget Builder Remote URL: Widget Builder will no longer be accessible through old remote links.
Widget features:
- Multiple calendar designs, custom tags and fields (e.g., promo codes).
- Supports language, currency, occupancy settings and custom booking URLs.
- Configuration date, pre-purchase and minimum nights.
- Manage through the action menu in the upper right (edit, copy script, preview).

1) Swiftbook – Abandoned Shopping Cart Repositioning
- Smart restoration of abandoned bookings
If bookers add rooms in the cart but don’t complete the booking, Swiftbook will now remember their progress.
- Personalized “Welcome back” experience
When the booker returns to the booking engine, they see an unmaintainable welcome reply message and directs back to where they left (if the condition is).
To enable this feature, the booker must accept the Cookie Policy on the booking engine.
If Booker refuses cookies, then the experience remains unchanged – no welcome news or booking recovery.
