Cheese Tortilla with Rika

Tortillas are Pre-cut into pieces From the first moment we lay eyes on it, we can see all the ingredients that go into it. Indian spicy sauce Stir the chopped cucumber, onion and tomato into the shredded cheese melted between two slices of naan.

since Pear Blossom Served in a cup as a side dish, you can easily customize how much you want to dip or pour on your cheese tortillas. If you’re not familiar with it yet, Rika is a sauce made from yogurt and Indian spices that we found really helped wake up the flavor of the tortillas.

Overall, the dish was good value for money, however, since it’s advertised as a cheese quesadilla, you might be a little surprised to find that there are vegetables mixed in. But who can resist the temptation of gooey melted cheese between two pieces of fluffy bread?! Clearly, we can’t!

Delicious!

We really enjoyed the portion of rika served with the tortillas, which helped us to tone down the spice to our liking. Ultimately, there really is nothing special about this classic dish, but it is a really nice option (and can be easily shared as a snack rather than a main course), but you have to make sure you time it just right to grab it!
