Kerzner International and Resort developer Nolan Reynolds International, partnered with the Culinary Academy to bring one and the only resort to Hudson Valley, New York.
The property is expected to open in 2028 and will be located on 21 acres of land near the Hyde Park Culinary School campus. The resort will have 61 cabins, rooms and suites as well as branded residences.
The development will provide exclusive cooking programs through a partnership with the Culinary Academy of America and is well-behaved in a longevity hub for a broker at Clinique la Prairie.
Hudson Valley Property will join One&’s only 14 resort portfolio and will be the brand’s second U.S. property. The brand plans to open its first American resort in Montana’s Big Sky in November – One and the only moonlight basin.
