La Vie Hotels and Resorts will bring its NOOE brand to the Bangsaray coastal region of Thailand under a management agreement with developer Irinraya Pattanawiranon.
The $30 million Nooe Bangsaray hotel and restaurant currently under development will have 100 rooms, each between 47 m² and 95 m², each with a living area and a private Jacuzzi on the balcony.
The Nooe Bangsaray is scheduled to open in 2027, marking its second position for the brand, which represents people who never wonder, even the Maldives’ Nooe Kunaavashi.

The hotel’s exterior and interior design promises to capture the oceanic tones of the beach destination.
The resort will feature rooms with sea views and a single private pool, opposite the hotel’s rooftop bar, large pool, all-day restaurant and beach club, with private access to the beach and lounge.
Khun Irinraya, owner of Irinraya Pattanawiranon Co. Ltd, said the project provides excellent opportunities for tourism, local employment and future guests.
“Bangsaray is only over two hours from Bangkok and is becoming more and more popular as it can escape from busy tourist areas like Battaya, its clean, soft sand and calm waters. It is known for its fresh seafood, local markets and a relaxing beach atmosphere,” Irinraya said.
