I love Brisbane During school holidays – a wealthy home, the city is full of vitality, warmth, and golden light makes everything even more magical.

If you have guests visit Brisbane During these school holidays, this is a great time to help them discover a long time after the holiday. From mini golf chaos to camel riding on scenic edges, these are some of my family-friendly activities – easy for kids, easy for parents, and moments worth remembering.

1. Holey Moley in the Valley

2. Running in the lone pine shelter

This is a classic reason. Just a 20-minute drive from the city, Lone Pine has home to over 100 koalas and many native Australian animals, from kangaroos and kangaroos to crocodiles and swords and guns. Guests can feed the ‘Roos manually, watch the Raptor show, and even take photos with the koala. This is a great way to connect with Australia’s unique wildlife – close and personal.

3. Need speed on Kingston Park Raceway

Have a family of irritating seekers? Send them directly to Kingston Park Raceway. With a kart track for beginners to experienced Speedsters, it’s a high octane fun that can attract adrenaline. This is a guest of an event that will talk about long after crossing the finish line.

4. Riding a camel trail

This surprised me in the best way. More than an hour away BrisbaneSummer Land Camel Farm offers gentle, scenic rides on a beautiful and scenic edge area. This 40-minute trail is perfect for kids and adults, and it’s a great way to see the countryside from a different perspective (plus, camels are serious and charming creatures!).

5. Cruise the river on an electric picnic boat

Imagine floating along the Brisbane River along your own private boat – packed with playlists instead of care in the world.
