In 2024, the Intrepid Foundation donated more than AU$260,000 in impact grants, largely due to thousands of Intrepid travelers choosing to make small donations.

Grants support great ideas

1. Support Honduran women entrepreneurs

3. Create more opportunities for rural women in Kenya

A $50,000 impact grant from their Intrepid Foundation will see them expand their training center in Kajiado County, Kenya. They have outgrown their existing space, so this expansion will create more space to train more women and change more lives. They will train women in tailoring and sewing, as well as climate and sustainability initiatives, giving women the opportunity to contribute to environmental protection while earning a stable income.

4. Peru uses plastic-free crafts to generate income

5. Light up Cambodian classrooms
