HITEC 2025 now open for registration and hotel reservations

Register and Hotel reservation Now available for 2025 Hospitality Industry Technology Expo and Conference (HITEC®), the largest and longest-running nonprofit event of its kind. Producer: Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), HITEC 2025 will be held from June 16 to 19 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, USA.

Established for more than 50 years, HITEC has brought together industry professionals from around the world to explore the latest technology trends, best practices and market solutions in the hospitality industry. this exhibition hall Host 320+ companies A range of products and services supporting the hospitality technology industry were showcased to the nearly 6,000 industry professionals in attendance.

In addition to the show floor, HITEC has launched an education program that includes hospitality technology-centric content presented in a variety of formats by expert speakers. In 2025, HFTP invites industry thought leaders to submit their event-exclusive, brand-neutral conference ideas to the Advisory Board via: Ask for suggestions process. The submission period is January 8-29.

My vision for the HITEC 2025 Education Plan focuses on innovation, inclusivity and practical application, Li said. Our goal is to shine a spotlight on technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, highlighting their real-world impact on industries. The program will also foster diverse perspectives and focus on leadership and talent development to prepare the next generation of technology leaders. Ultimately, our goal is that HITEC 2025 will ensure attendees are prepared for the future of hospitality technology.

Returning in 2025 is Entrepreneur 20X (E20X) Startup Pitch Competition. E20X features ambitious start-ups presenting their innovative hospitality technology concepts to a roomful of HITEC attendees and a panel of expert judges. Participants compete for the chance to be recognized as one of the top entrepreneurial business concepts, voted on by a panel of experts (Judges’ Choice Award) and the audience (People’s Choice Award).
