
Fredericksburg, Texas and McLean, Virginia –Hilton Announced a signing of a branding and management agreement with Wine Country Hospitality Partners LLC, a partnership between Mark Harmon, Robert Radovan and Tim Sparapani, to provide a new building for the new building Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country and Waldorf Astoria Residences Texas Hill Country, marking Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Resorts & Texas in sexs in Texas in Texas. The resort is expected to open in rural Texas Hills in 2027 and the brand will introduce the brand’s services to the Fredericksburg Dinestage, which is located two hours outside the city of Austin and San Antonio. Managed by Hilton, the property will cover rooms and suites of 60 hotels, with 37-branded multi-bedroom resort villas eligible for the hotel rental program, using it as 74 additional keys and 50-branded private residences. The resort will also include five food and beverage concepts, an 11,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, two resort-style pools and more.

Less than a mile from downtown Fredericksburg, Waldorf Texas Hill Country will offer a central location for visitors looking to visit the countryside of Texas Hill, the wine country of the second largest wine country in the United States and home to more than 100 wineries.
Designed in collaboration between studios Caban, Fab Studio, Tipler Group, Tipler Group, Tipler Group, Tipler Group, Tipler Group and Paul Duesing Partners, the resort will be the location for all visitors who compete with the countryside. Accommodation will include authentic Texas design elements and a multi-room resort that offers dining for individual residents, available for guest rentals, a private attraction pool, an outdoor patio and programming.
The resort will be located in the 87 Waldorf Astoria residences. These homes are designed with the same lens as the resort, including single-story estates, villas and cabin-style Sunday homes, ranging from three to five bedrooms and offer custom options. Fifty of Waldorf Astoria’s private residences are placed along the edge of 106 acres. Owners have access to the Epicurus and wellness facilities offered by the resort, as well as residents’ services known to the Waldorf Astoria brand. The homes also introduced the first Waldorf Astoria residence in Texas.

Guests and residents of the Astoria Texas Hill countryside can dine in five food and beverage experiences, including an all-day restaurant, specialty restaurant, bar and lounge, pool bar and snatch juice bar. For health enthusiasts, the resort will have over 11,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, including 10 treatment rooms and sports fields. Guests also have access to two pools, while younger travelers have access to the children’s club. The Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill country will have about 6,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including 4,000 square feet of event barns, among others.
