New features include:
- Access the entire conversation history of the property
- Find a single message or thread
- Send a message with attachments
- Be sure to respond to your guests and provide a better guest experience with real-time alerts before, during and after your stay. **
* Message becomes inactive and cannot reply to three years after the message thread creation date or one year after the booking checkout date.
