How to Make Grinch Mimosas
Step one: Grab your flute and add orange juice.

Step 2:Add Prosecco.

Step 3:Pour in a little blue curacao and stir. This will turn it green. Add more or less to create the green color you want.

Step 4: Place the cherries into the glass and enjoy!

changes and substitutions
- For a pop of red, use red granulated sugar around the rim of the glass. Dip the glass in the corn syrup and roll the rim in red granulated sugar. Then mix the cocktail as usual.
- Cut the strawberries into heart shapes and place them on the rim of the glass.
- Take a toothpick and garnish with cherries, raspberries or even strawberries to let the red stick to the cocktail.
- Use your choice of champagne to change the flavor of your cocktail.
- Use lemon soda or sparkling water instead of Prosecco to make it a non-alcoholic drink for kids.
- Swap the orange juice for grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, or another type you like.

Important tips
When you’re mixing a cocktail, I recommend cooling all the ingredients before you start.
Use fresh juice to get the best flavor in your cocktail.
Stir gently, making sure not to overmix as it will deflate the bubbles in the champagne.
Leave some space at the top of the glass and add some blue curacao to the glass so the cocktail takes on a bright green color.
