The SWISS arrivals lounge is located behind customs and is modern and efficient. We visited shortly after opening and the lounge was busy but not yet at saturation.

The SWISS Arrivals Lounge has three bedrooms – one double room with private bathroom and two single bedrooms. If you need extra space, please book a double bedroom when checking into the SWISS Arrivals Lounge. There were extra towels in the bathroom, Swiss chocolate on the pillows, and a choice of still or sparkling water by the bed.

- SWISS Economy Class passengers may be able to purchase access to the arrivals lounge. Please visit the SWISS website to book your lounge passes.
- The SWISS Arrivals Lounge is located behind Arrivals Customs No. 2 and is open from 06:00-13:00 Monday to Sunday. The SWISS arrivals lounge can also be accessed from arrivals level 1.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the lounge.
