“We are on board after we were tragically killed on a motorcycle ski slope in the Half Moon yesterday. The captain and staff have been awesome to handle the crisis and assist guests in need who need help changing the flight home due to a six-hour delay. Overall, this is our first ever cruise, and the level of service in the Netherlands and the level of service in the United States does sell us another cruise in the future.”
