Even more surprising, Cedar Point is also getting a new coaster for the 2024 season (if only briefly). Top Thrill 2 initially welcomed guests in May but closed shortly after. Currently, Top Thrill 2 is expected to reopen in 2025. This means Cedar Point will have two new roller coasters for the first time this upcoming season.
What does having two new coasters opening around the same time mean for Cedar Point’s 2025 season?

The park is likely to see an increase in visitor numbers during the 2025 season. Cedar Point is already a very popular park, home to incredible roller coasters like Maverick, Steel Vengeance, and Millenium Force. The debut of two new coasters (and parts of that debut) will only solidify its status as the roller coaster capital of the world.
