Carnival, New Orleans in the photo

Carnival, New Orleans in the photo

I just spent my craziest week in New Orleans, attending my first carnival in the city, and need no excuses to celebrate the parade. Or in this case, the day to end the parade at Carnival (Fat Tuesday), because Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent.

Yes, believe it or not, the multiple parades this week are about the Easter calendar. In 1892, the Rex Parade launched carnival colors in purple, gold and green. Purple represents justice. Green represents faith. Gold represents power.

However, as can be seen from my photos below, there are every color in the sun – including my preparation for riding on Lundy’s Monday at the Orpheus parade.

This is my 9th visit to Crescent City, I wrote mine The Final Guide to New Orleans List all the best things in the French Quarter and explore here – and why I suggest you Choose one of these French quarter hotels Because if you don’t have a car, this is where you’ve been hanging out.

Then I have this post Four favorite music venues in New Orleansincluding a hidden gem.

Something excites about riding with Orpheus Krewe in New Orleans
My polyester clothing – big enough to fit my actual clothing
There are more than 20 floats here, and 500 of us are dressed up and ready to ride a bike
I’m in the Pop Weasel – pulled by a dirty John Deere
These are the 27 buoys from Orpheus, the theme of this year
These three Orpheus clowns – I don’t know how much our shoulders and back will hurt tomorrow!
Organize the warehouse rolls before we roll
First of all, safe. Use yourself
I noticed my hissing
Yes, we’re going to throw all this stuff at the screaming bystanders
Beaded necklace hook is very convenient
You can see 8 of us in the throw (read TAT)!

The family arrived at St. Charles Street very early and established. A trolley is as much to throw a ball as it is to drag the kids home!
These ladder box seats are perfect for kids. Just try not to stuff your toys on your head!

We are rolling down St. Charles!
This is Krewe of Zulu, who participated in the Mardi Gras parade in St Charles.
We have to stand on the balcony of New Orleans and corporate offices, and Kelly Shulz does conduct cross-TV interviews every 10 minutes across the United States
Most parades pass by the Sheraton Hotel on Canal Street, so you can get a stands pass when booking
Lady curie at New Orleans Carnival
Every night after the parade, shocking plastic waste, broken beads and other dice rolls were left behind every night
Walk along Bourbon Street during carnival
Throw beads from the balcony of the horn. Book a location with Bourbon Street balcony.

How about shooting?
