Dining at Sky is adults only – it’s on the second floor of the Bayside restaurant, and you can dine in the Sky restaurant. Dining under the stars. Any macaroni and cheese from Mr. Mike’s Food Truck – It was very hot when we went in June. Even in the Caribbean summer, temperatures are soaring, so I was surprised that this hot, creamy, cheesy takeout restaurant was my kid’s biggest lunch request. But it is.
