Just in time for Valentine’s Day, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) Starting the Gate Pass program.
The new SAT pass allows unticketed visitors to say hello through security to greet arriving passengers or to go to the gate with departing passengers.
Applying for a pass is easy. Guests can request a pass at least 24 hours in advance. If the request is approved, a QR code is sent to allow access through the TSA security checkpoint.
“This pass is designed for anyone who wants to spend extra time with travelers,” said Tonya Hope, public relations manager at San Antonio International Airport. “We think the Valentine’s Day week is to launch this free The best time for a new service.
