Cast members preview the preview date for the test track, and tips for “pre-registered” AP Sneak Teeks!

Walt Disney World announced the date for the cast preview to reopen the EPCOT’s reimagined test track. We have detailed information, and how to potentially “pre-register” test track 3.0’s annual pass preview, tips and tips for improving chances of success, and guesswork about soft openness.

Let’s start with the basics, and that’s the Walt Disney World announcement The test track will be officially opened on July 22, 2025. Enjoy scenarios that focus on on-board technology, customization and personalization. This is followed by a scenic outdoor route that reminds us of all the fun of driving, bringing into the world around us and having a great time with friends and family.

Walt Disney World also mocked fans for keeping a look at more information to share special previews about actors, pass holders of the year, Disney Vacation Club members, Golden Oaks residents and 33 members to ride 3.0 before the attraction officially reopens. Well, as with our cast preview dates, the first part of the puzzle is now in place.

Walt Disney World has confirmed Test track 3.0’s cast preview will be held from June 27 to July 10, 2025. Eligible actors should continue to focus on internal communication for more details. But, if you are reading this Blog, you want to know how this will affect other previews.

The timing of CM previews is likely to push the guest previews for AP, DVC and other test track 3.0 back to July 11, 2025, the earliest. Actors’ previews are almost always completed first, and have become a mixed “test and tweak” and preview period in recent years.

The reason should be quite self-evident. It’s a good job for actors, but not only that, they’re also easier for audiences. Most actors have experience working in the service industry, so they are more likely to forgive guests and are less qualified. This idea should be similar for AP and DVC, but sometimes the opposite is actually correct.

Anyway, I’m digging through the DTB archives as I think there will be a chance that the cast preview and AP/DVC preview will be done simultaneously in the recent ride opening. I could have swear In fact. As it turns out, this is correct. When Tiana’s Bayou reopened at Disneyland last year, the cast and annual Passholder previews completely overlapped, almost the same date.

The Bayou adventure of Walt Disney World is another story. The Magic Kingdom version of the Attractions held by the cast previews from June 3-7 and June 23-26, providing the cast and up to two guests with the opportunity to experience the ride in front of any regular guest.

However, the annual holder and Disney Vacation Club preview takes place in the middle of the dates – APS on June 13, 14, 16, 17, 17, 18 and 20, and DVC members are on June 12 and 19. However, this is not a big deal that caught my attention.

Despite remembering the overlapping dates, I somehow forgot the biggest twist of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure preview. This is not done by pre-registering a specific date and appearing a “event”, but by making a park reservation and then trying a seat in a virtual queue!

To refresh your memories, here’s how the Bayou Adventure of Tiana last year works:

  • First, go to the Magic Kingdom Park park reservation on the preview date and have the chance to join the 7:00 AM Virtual queue of the day. Alternatively, you can make a park reservation at any theme park within the preview date to have the opportunity to join the virtual queue at 1:00 PM.
  • On the day of booking, request to join the virtual queue using my Disney Experience app. There will be 2 chances of previewing every day.
    • On that day, a virtual queue will be provided to the park reservations of Magic Kingdom Park at 7:00 a.m.
    • The 1:00 pm virtual queue will be available for park reservations on the same day. Reminder that you must enter the theme park through the holder and they have a reservation before visiting the Magic Kingdom. Or, on June 13, 14, 17, 18 or 20, they can enter Magic Kingdom Park after 2:00 pm.
    • When pass holders ask to join the virtual queue, they do not need to enter the theme park.

Important information

  • Pass holders must have a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass and be accepted as valid on the preview date. Applicable pass date. Park reservations are limited and may be available.
  • Each pass holder can be asked to join the virtual queue once a day.
  • Pass holders can hold a boarding group that previews both virtual queues and attractions virtual queues when available.
  • Joining a virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to participate in previews. The boarding group of virtual queues is restricted, can be based on availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Not all boarding groups can be returned based on the availability of attraction. Learn more about virtual queues.
  • Offer, date and time may change or cancel without notice or liability.

Now, this is entirely possible –Maybe even– Walt Disney World will be restored to a pre-registration system for the annual pass preview of test track 3.0. The virtual queue approach is a one-off for Tiana’s Bayou adventure, because this attraction was very unreliable during early testing, and they knew it would require a virtual queue to pulse demand.

Extensive reports on downtime during cast previews, there were days to try out a few days before a successful ride. I probably don’t need to review the legend of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure’s virtual queue, which ended up lasting far more than initially expected, as the trip was so unreliable and crashed for so long. Therefore, once these downtimes become apparent, the decision to use a virtual queue instead of a registration can be made.

But, it is fair to point out a lot of Complaints about the AP registration process over the years. We started to update emails with Pandora (2017’s Avatar world) and then notify guests with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (2019’s Galaxy’s Edge). These complaints range from “not receiving emails” to “not receiving emails, until they’re not receiving emails, until they’re not receiving emails. back The activity is full. ”It has One thingnow nearly ten years!

One way to “solve” is to allow only anyone with a park reservation to try to join the virtual queue of test track 3.0. Still inevitably disappointed guests, but hey, at least they are already on epcot and have the potential to spend money on food and drinks to drown their sorrow. ((Bob and Josh approved!)

Last year, a park reservation in Magic Kingdom was booked within an hour or so of announcing the preview of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. However, all the other 3 parks still have a few days of availability (sometimes until the preview actually begins), which suggests that many year holders have not read the beautiful print.

Although Magic Kingdom Park reservations are not required to participate. This is definitely beneficial, but you can still try joining a virtual queue of 1p pm – it tends to have better availability no matter what kind of parking you book. Not only that, you don’t even need to enter the Magic Kingdom Or any park Try joining the 1 pm virtual queue. It doesn’t work properly – you can try your luck from the comfort of your home!

With all this in mind, if you want to hedge bets and try the “pre-register” test track 3.0 preview will be our advice Park bookings for EPCOT start from July 11 to July 19, 2025.

It’s worth clear that none of these are confirmed, or even rumored dates – I simply took part in last year’s TBA preview dates, minus media events, and overlayed them on the cast preview schedule and officially opened Test Track 3.0. At best it is an educated guess.

If it were me, I don’t care about the first time, I might target July 13-18, 2025. I’d be afraid to guess that these dates are most likely to have AP previews, and if you want the best hedge, multiple reservations in that window will probably give you coverage. Of course, this assumes that the preview uses a park reservation and a virtual queue system, which I really think is about 50/50 at this time.

I will not make a park reservation for EPCOT from July 20-21, 2025. The number of bookings you can hold is limited, it is best to keep them on the most likely date.

While the preview may continue until the absolute last minute, I doubt it. Given the last-minute nature of the announcement, there might not be a big grand media event and it’s smaller than the full new attractions, but I’d like the media and GM supervisors to have some private events.

For everyone, but if it were me…I might make a multi-day park reservation to hedge my bet. I’m going to have three cracks on the virtual queue. That’s a wise game, and you’d better believe other year holders have the exact same idea. Given this, it wouldn’t surprise me if this theory test track’s success rate of 3.0 preview is less than 50%. Maybe close to 25% or 33%?

The preview windows for the annual pass holder and Disney Vacation Club may also be closer, leaving more room for the soft opening. However, I doubt this. I think attracting locals to Epcot during EPCOT is more attractive than Walt Disneyland, rather than increasing the ability of visitors already visiting.

Apart from the Tron Lightcycle Run (which is an anomaly), as Disney has timed previews during spring break in a way that allows for soft openness, Walt Disney World has not had soft openness for a significant attraction for a few years. These are these controlled previews for specific guests. Test Track 3.0 is even more like a “known quantity” because the ride system has no changes from its predecessor, so in this case I tend to oppose soft openings.
