On May 11, our Makalu Expedition Spring team arrived at the summit. Starting with the 75-day permit starting on March 29, our team successfully arrived at the summit on May 11 – Expedition 45 Days. Although from different countries, our teams share the same goals. Olena Karlova from Ukraine, Lukasz Marek from Poland and Daniela Murinova from Slovakia have This time we arrived at the summit.
Spring 2025 Makaru Adventure Tour
After 7-8 days of travel from Kathmandu, the team arrived at the base camp where all necessary paperwork and permits were completed. At base camp, Sherpa established a tent and created a temporary residence for the team until the summit day. The practice session was held at Camp 1’s base camp and during an adaptive spin on the route to the summit. After all, practice and AdaptabilityOn the evening of May 10, the team started the summit at 7 p.m. After 14 hours of climbing, our team finally arrived at the top of Makaru on May 11.
Restless preparation, training time, and a positive mindset to achieve your goals make it all possible. Our team spent about seven weeks at the summit. The journey is completed with laughter, lasting memories, a smile on your face and some really challenging moments.
