Frankk Garanger, head of culinary Frankk Garanger, was named Chevalier by the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty.
This honor recognizes Garland’s contribution to agriculture and French culinary excellence. He is a chef with decades of experience and is known for fostering craftsmanship, sustainability and the highest quality ingredients.
“We are very proud of Frank’s achievements. This distinction reflects not only his personal dedication to the culinary arts, but also the commitment to the highest standards of excellence, authenticity and food,” said Alban Gjoka, vice president of Explora Journeys for Food and Beverage.

The award was presented by entrepreneur Michel Galloyer and Deputy Mayor Haligon on June 5, 2025 in Avrillé, France. Attendees included Chefs Jean-François Piers and Jacques Thorel.
