Dominican visitors should be careful and only use the official government platform when completing online immigration and customs declaration cards. This website is a government-managed portal that accurately and promptly handles traveler information. The same is true for postal services

There is one Scam rises Targeting travelers in Dominican, Saint Lucia and Barbados. These scams are composed of illegal websites that mimic the official government portal. These fake portals claim to speed up the travel authorization process and charge fees for the service. Victims of the scam reported various impacts, including lost funds, travel delays and missed flights.

To combat this illegal scam, the Dominican government is sensitizing residents and tourists to the scam. Travelers should exercise caution when filling out the travel authorization form.

The correct link to the Dominican landing card is Immigration and Customs Statement Card. There is no cost to complete this process. This form must be completed and not exceeding three (3) days before traveling to Dominican. All visitors to the island must complete the form.

The process of filling out the form is as follows:

1. Visit the landing card website and submit your details. Please note that the island visitors also need to provide the name and address of the accommodation.

2. Check your email for confirmation and QR code. Once received, save them to your mobile device to print the document. Once you arrive in Dominican, you must present it to the immigration and customs authorities.
