Myrtle Beach, South Carolina –Brittain Resorts & Hotels (BRH) partnered with EOS Hospitality to invest more than $58 million in renovations on its three properties in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: Caribbean Resort and Villas, Ocean Reef Resort and Compass Cossis Cove Resort.

The $20 million renovation has updated rooms in the Dominican and Cayman buildings in the Caribbean resorts and villas. Enhancements in the lobby and public areas provide a warm atmosphere. Meanwhile, a new “Grab & Go” market will provide convenient dining options for people on the go.

Ocean Reef Resort received a $15 million transformation, with all towers refreshing all redesigned rooms including finishes and modern conveniences. Public areas will also be updated to create a family-friendly environment.

The most extensive investment is over $23 million, dedicated to Compass Cove Resort, each building has been fully renovated. The halls and shared spaces have been reimagined to connect and relax.

Brittain Resorts & Hotels manages 30 hotels and resorts, as well as more than 40 restaurants and bars, with over 4,700 rooms, suites and apartments in its portfolio.

The renovation began in October 2024 and is expected to be completed by April 2025, and all resorts remain open during the renovation.
