Seven years after debut Unico20°87° Riviera Maya In Mexico, AIC Hotels is expanding the Unico Hotel Collection to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Unico 21°105° Puerto Vallarta is scheduled to open in the fall of 2025. The 141-room resort will have ocean views of Banderas Bay, four restaurants and bars, a fitness center, a spa and wellness facilities and four swimming pools, including a rooftop pool.
Unico 18°77° Montego Bay has yet to announce an opening date.

Ash Tembe, vice president of sales and marketing for AIC Hospitality Group, called the Unico expansion “a natural next step.”

AIC Hotels manages the sales and marketing of luxury hotels in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean, including hotels and resorts under the Eden Roc, Nobu and Hard Rock brands.
