Experience platform Klook and Google Cloud are expanding their AI partnerships to help meet the needs of travelers and merchants by developing new AI infrastructure layers.
Through the expanded partnership, Klook plans to launch a “Shopping Guide” feature using generative artificial intelligence to help travelers make informed decisions by enhancing comparison capabilities and highlighting differences in similarities in experiences.
The two companies also plan to launch solutions to help merchants improve efficiency through business insights. By turning user reviews into actionable feedback, one partner is able to launch a new product, which currently accounts for 24% of total revenue, Klook said.
Meanwhile, Klook engineers are using Gemini Code Assist to optimize code generation and platform testing, which the company says has increased code review efficiency by 60% and platform performance by 70%.
